Together, they’ve built a multi-service brand rooted in trust, professionalism, and purpose.

Jason Collins, Founder and Field Operations Manager of Collins Cleaning Company, brings over a decade of hands-on experience in professional cleaning and facility care. He leads the cleaning division with a strong commitment to detail, reliability, and top-tier service. Jason specializes in a wide range of cleaning solutions, including new construction clean-up, residential and commercial cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, rental property maintenance, and post-renovation projects. Known for his strong work ethic, consistency, and friendly approach, Jason has earned a reputation for going above and beyond. He and his team customize every job to meet each client’s unique needs while using eco-friendly products and sustainable methods to deliver spotless, safe environments.
Sherika Collins, Chief Director of Operations at Collins & Co., brings a diverse and impactful background in social services, legal assistance, and community-focused care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s in Political Science and has worked extensively in counseling, case management, outreach, and as a Certified Paralegal. Her professional credentials include Florida Notary Public, Remote Online Notary (RON) Provider, Loan Signing Agent, Credit Repair Specialist, and Mortgage Field Inspector. Sherika is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent passionate about helping first-time homebuyers understand financial readiness, down payment assistance, and homeownership opportunities—earning her the nickname "Collins the Closer."
In addition to her work in real estate and legal services, Sherika is licensed through the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration to operate as a Homemaker & Companion Services Provider. She brings more than 15 years of experience in connecting individuals, families, and community partners, offering personalized in-home support throughout Gadsden, Leon, Jefferson, Madison, Taylor, Wakulla, and surrounding counties.
